Christmas Menu, Holiday Workout Changes and a Huge Thank You!

It’s going to be a simple Christmas this year: just me, The Hubs, and my friend Sharon enjoying a homemade meal and going to see Star Wars: The Force Awakens! Here’s the meal I’m making for the three of us:

Christmas Menu

I’ve also adjusted my workout schedule so I don’t have to do bells on Christmas morning. This week only I’m doing abs on MWF and bells on TuThSa. This also helps because I don’t have to be at work until 1:30 on Christmas Eve, so I have plenty of time to do a good hard kettlebell workout that morning, and I only have to do a 20 minute abs workout before going to see Star Wars. So excited!

Now onto the thank you:

I was really hoping to make 100 likes for Christmas, and you guys made it happen! So a HUGE thank you to all my readers. You’ve been amazing to me this year and I hope 2016 will bring even more wonderful things for A Measured Life!
