Weekly Menu: September 10 – 16, 2017

Is anyone else exhausted? I am! I’ve been quiet around here because my day job has been taxing as of late and I’m fighting a bit of a cold. Coming up this week, though, I’ll be posting about how to stretch a single whole chicken for THREE meals! Yes, it CAN be done! Feel free to give me recommendations as to what you want to hear about, I don’t have a ton of time for brainstorming these days.

  1. Bless your heart for being able to have chicken so many days in a row. I am “new” to this weight loss journey and I struggle eating something more than twice in a row. Even when I change up how I am seasoning it. Man would it make life easier though. Keep up the great work 🙂

    1. Thank you! Last week I ate a lot of beef so it’s not like this every week. I think the trick is to make each dish totally different. I’m really focused on only buying meat on sale so a 99c/lb whole chicken was my go to this week. 🙂 Thanks for reading and good luck on your journey to health!
