First Cooking Class: An Italian-Themed Success

For months now my walking group ladies and I have been talking about the idea of me hosting a cooking class for them. It really was all Laurie’s idea. Laurie is our group leader, and she sort of put the idea in my head. It took some time for me to come to terms with the idea, but I figured even if I was terrible at it, I’d be with friends and we’d have a good time!

I put a few themed menus out there in our Facebook group and the ladies chose Italian! We made:

Rosemary Foccacia

Yum!

We laughed and talked about all sorts of things, thoroughly enjoyed the delicious food and ate until we were stuffed! It was a huge amount of fun and we’ll definitely be doing it again.

How was your weekend?!
