Weekly Menu: October 8 – 14, 2017

You guys!! I’ve been neglecting you. 😦 My mom was here last weekend and I haven’t quite caught up with all the stuff I need to do. This week I’m eating out more than I should, but at least I’m getting a little break from cooking. Tonight I met two amazing women I used to work with, Kelly and Yanira, at an authentic Mexican restaurant where I thoroughly enjoyed Tacos de Lengua. Mmmm. Tomorrow we’re going to Zahav again with my cousin Susan, her bestie Deana and her husband, Dave, to celebrate the guy’s birthdays. The rest of the week are classics: Rajma Masala, Vietnamese Lemongrass Pork with a fresh noodle salad, and Bourbon Chicken with Broccoli and rice. But Thursday? Thursday is something special! I’m making falafel… but with pumpkin…and seasoning it with Moroccan tagine flavors! I’m so excited to invent this crazy recipe.

What does your menu look like this week? Let me know in the comments!
