Weekly Menu: August 6 – 12, 2017

Hey everyone! Guess who’s still alive? 🙂

I just needed a week to chill out a bit and regain some mental health. Here’s my menu for the week, and I’ve got a couple workout blogs floating in my brain so keep your eyes peeled!

  1. still working the low carb–lots of salads. adding berries this week–had blueberries at breakfast, along with 3 slices of Canadian bacon, a string cheese, 1/2 c. cuke slices and about 3 red pepper slices. nice breakfast!
