Hola everyone! I just enjoyed my Sunday night dinner and OMG it was amazing! I’m super excited about the Vietnamese Noodle Salad with Fried Tempeh and the Tomato, Peach and Corn Salad with Feta, since it’s TOMATO, PEACH AND CORN SEASON here in Southern NJ! Squee! Seasonal eating is awesome!

Girl, I am super pumped that it’s tomato, peach and corn season too! This week we are eating a lot of Persian Cucumber salad, shallot yogurt and pita. Later in the week it’ll be Bahn Mi! Also made a tart and scones this week
