It’s a short week here in the Freitas household, as I am abandoning ship and heading to Virginia this weekend to a) see my mom and b) do some hiking in Shenandoah with my cousin, Susan! So excited!
I’m also SUPER DUPER excited about my breakfasts this week: OATMEAL COOKIE OVERNIGHT OATS, PEOPLE! And SPANAKOPITA BREAKFAST BAKE?! What whaaaaat? ❤
