Weekly Menu: May 21 – May 27, 2017

 

The cooler, wetter weather is back this week so it’s back to warm foods, but on Saturday I head DOWN THE SHORE for a girls’ weekend! ❤ I’m starting a new plan where I eat the same easy foods on workout days to save myself some stress, which is why you’ll see Tacos de Lengua twice. And yes, that is not a typo: I’m making beef tongue! I’m so excited! 🙂

  1. Tonight I made a beef, cabbage, and carrot stir fry that is SO good! The sauce is made with ketchup, red wine vinegar, and a little olive oil. The recipe has onions, garlic, salt, pepper, caraway seeds, and a little clove. Very tasty, and low carb!!
