Hey everyone! Every year we have friends over for Corned Beef & Cabbage, so this year is no exception! I have BIG THINGS planned for the weekly menu coming soon (I’ll post about it this week) so this week is a super easy one for me.

A Measured Life 
Tonight we had Schweid & Sons 1 % Burgers and salad. Tomorrow will be leftovers, Tuesday I’m making a sauce with meatloaf mix and sweet Italian sausage with mini wagon wheel pasta and I’m going to watch it SNOW lol, Wednesday might be tortellini with chicken meatballs, or left over pasta from Tuesday. Thursday DH will be home, so maybe a chicken casserole, and Friday is so from now, I have NO idea!!
