Winter has returned to South Jersey. Boo.
I’m making goat this week, you heard that right, GOAT! Don’t knock it til you’ve tried it people. I’m super excited about the shiitake udon later in the week, too. Should really hit the spot on those cold days.

It’s going to be a week of leftovers! Friday night we met friends for dinner at Carmine’s in NYC. Rigatoni Country Style has my name on it! There’s leftover soup. I made that meatloaf tonight with mashed potatoes and green beans. I have chicken breasts and I’m looking for an interesting recipe to try. That’s my week!
