Weekly Menu: February 26 – March 4, 2017


The Hubs is off from work a few days this week so he’s making chili for me tonight (which we’ll eat over spaghetti on Wednesday) and he’s making Bifanas (Portuguese marinated pork chop sandwiches) for me on Friday. With those three nights super easy for me as well as eating leftovers for Saturday night’s meal, this should be a nice, relaxing week for me, which is good, because I need a bit of rejuvenation in my life. ❤
