Last year I wrote a blog entry called My Dirty Little Secret. It was about me noticing signs of disordered eating in myself. It was inspired by a podcast episode of The Sporkful Podcast about a girl, code named Raina, who reached out to Dan Pashman because she recognized that she may be in the beginnings of an eating disorder. She reached out to Dan at The Sporkful because she said his podcast was about people celebrating food, not avoiding it.
