Weekly Menu: December 4 – December 10, 2016

I am in the middle of NINE DAYS IN A ROW of work. My schedule is super screwy but I managed to recruit The Hubs to help me cook!

Ground beef is on sale for $2.99 this week hence the tacos right off the bat. Then The Hubs will be making one of his stereotypical carb and pork fests. Tuesday I’ll probably be indulging in pizza at the Christmas Party. Wednesday some of the leftover dark meat turkey will be used for a delicious-sounding casserole with craisins, wild rice and butternut squash. Thursday is my ONLY DAY OFF so I’m headed into Philadelphia with friends. Friday night will be roasted Mediterranean veggies with salty feta. And Saturday will be a beautifully textured autumn salad!
