This week’s menu LOOKS ambitious, but there’s really only one recipe here that’s a lot of work, and that’s the Indian Chicken & Potato Stew, but I frickin’ love Indian food, so it’ll be worth it!
I’ve sort of got the homemade bread bug after last week, but this week I’m being brave and tweaking the recipe, adding wheat germ, wheat bran and oat bran to the mix to create a more multigrain feel. Beef bulgogi is a regular standby in our household, and the seasoning comes from a jar, so it’s throw some beef in the marinade, steam some rice and saute some spinach, no biggie at all.
What does your menu look like this week?
I’m really interested to hear how the mac and cheese comes out. I’ve wanted to try doing butternut squash mac and cheese. I’m also curious about the stuffed peppers. I was planning to make some this week but mine will be the old standby with beef and rice I think because my husband will actually eat those.
