It’s Adventure Run week!!! I’ll probably eat leftover Kibbeh from last week. It was sooooo yummy!
I think I’m most excited about the Kofta & Bulgur Abundance Bowl this week, what about you?
What does your menu look like this week?

I agree. Hashbrown crust. Never thought of it. What a great idea.

The veggie korma looks great… I love korma, though I’m told that I destroy it by adding red chili paste for heat. “Make it yourself,” is my typical retort… 🙂
Today was slow-cooker lean pork country-style ribs w/roasted broccoli & carrots and cole Slaw.
Monday is bbq baby back ribs with French fries and a salad.
😭😭
Tuesday is pulled pork (from today’s lunch) on a pretzel bun (not me) with zucchini friez and salad.
Wednesday I’m making my Asian chicken lettuce wraps and a doodle Sarah.
Thursday–beats the helloutta me…
Friday–see Thursday.
Thanks for a great blog…

Pretzel buns are amazing, but I have to skip them too. And yeah, korma shouldn’t be spicy! But it’s your korma so make it the way you like. 🙂

…and try as I might, spell check/autocorrect still strikes; doodle Sarah started out as zoodle Satay. Though doodle Sarah is better for laughs…

doodle Sarah is amazing! Lol. I pretty much love anything satay. What’s zoodle satay, though? Zoodles with peanut sauce?

Tonight was a small filet mignon, dry cooked in the skillet on a layer of salt. Nice crust! Fresh corn on the cob, and watermelon for dessert!

Love fresh corn! And watermelon of course. Interesting cooking method for the filet, I’ll have to try that sometime!
